Erickson and Barbara J. Erickson, aka Barbara Jo Erickson, husband and wife, of Afton , Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing address: 330 Happy Valley Road, Afton, WY 83110) in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto Mark S. Erickson and, Barbara J. This Lot being Lot Numbered Eleven (11) of the Happy Valley Estates Subdivision, according to plat thereof filed in the public records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
