75063, holder of the mortgage executed by Jack Elmo Corsi and Tess B. Corsi, now divorced, to
AVCO Financial Services, Mortgage (subsequently assumed by Associates Homes Equity Services,
Inc.), dated June 14, 1996 and recorded in the land records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, in Book
384PR at Page 700, on June 20, 1996, in consideration of the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00), hereby releases from the lien of that mortgage real property described as follows:
The 30.00 acres, more or less, identified as Parcel C - Amended, and more particularly
described in Exhibit A.
Without impairing the lien of that mortgage on the remaining property, said property
identified as:
Lots 3 & 4 located in the NW1/4NW1/4 and NE1/4NW1/4 of Section 1, T35N, RI 19W of
the 6' P.M. in Lincoln County, Wyoming, excepting therefrom the 30.00 acres, more or less,
described in Exhibit A.
Lot 8 of the Misty Meadows Subdivision as platted and recorded in the official records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming.

County in Book 325 of Photostatic Records on pages 287 and 288, described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of said GLO Lot 4;
thence N89°-58'-55"E, 1581.45 feet, along the north line of said GLO Lot 4 and said GLO
Lot 3, to a point;
thence SO0°-30'-40"W, 824.61 feet, along a line parallel with the east line of said GLO Lot
3, to a point;
thence S89°-58'-55"W, 1588.27 feet, along a line parallel with the north line of said GLO
Lot 3 and said GLO Lot 4, to a spike on the west line of said GLO Lot 4;
