the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
That part of Section 29, T33N R118W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming described on Exhibit A prepared by Marlowe A. Scherbel labeled
"Robert, Lee Van Duren and Lela Hacking Van Duren from Robert A. Thomas
and Kaydene Thomas, boundary adjustment- Five (5) acre tract - Revised" dated
April 30, 2001.
NOTE: This serves to correct the legal description of that certain Warranty Deed
recorded October 8, 1998 in Book 419PR on page 201 of the records of the Lincoln
County Clerk.
RESERVING unto Grantors the reservations contained on attached Exhibit B.

That part of the SW'/4SE'/4 of Section 29, T33N, R1 18W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being
part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 419 of
Photostatic Records on page 195, it being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of
record in said Office in Book 419 of Photostatic Records on page 201, as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of the SW'/4SE'/4, found as described in the Corner
Record filed in said Office;
thence N00°-06'-22"E, 250.00 feet, along the east line of said SW'/4SE'/4, to a point;
thence S89°-58'-30"W, 870.72 feet, along a line parallel with the south line of said
SW'/4SE1/4, to a point;
thence S00°-I Y-07"W, 250.00 feet to a point on said south line;
thence N89°-58'-30"E, 871.21 feet, along said south line,, to the CORNER OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 5.00 acres, more or less;
TOGETHER with that common access easement as described in that tract of record in said
Office in Book 89 of Photostatic Records on page 262;
the BASE BEARING for this survey is the south line of the SE1/4 of Section 29, T33N,
RI 18W, being N89°-58'-30"E;
each "point" marked by a 5/8" x 24" steel reinforcing rod with a 2" aluminum cap inscribed,
"SURVEYOR SCHERBEL LTD AFTON WY PLS 5368", with appropriate details;
all in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County titled, "PLAT TO ACCOMPANY BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT FOR ANDREW
