HomeMy WebLinkAbout873024A REAL ESTATE SALES AGREEMENT On this 1st day of May 2001, Edwin G. McKnight and Janice A. McKnight agree to buy, and Gail. Susan Asbury agrees to sell. the following described real estate in Lincoln County, Wyoming: Parcel B of that certain "Asbury and McCafferty" Parcel Divisions Pl.at approved by the Board of Lincoln County Commissioners on the 3rd day of November, 1999, in Kemmerer, Wyoming, and recorded by the Lincoln County Cl.erk as Recording Number 862716; said Parcel B also being described as 2.577 acres that is located in the W1/2 SWIA NE% of Section 15, Township 36 North, Range 1.19 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming. The total purchase price of the property is the sum of $48,000 doll.ars, to be paid to the sell.er's agent, D. C. Krautter, in two (2) bank drafts of equal value. One check in the amount of $24,000 to Gail Susan Asbury and one check in the amount of 524,,000 to Connie Lynn McCafferty. The buyer is entitled to possession of the described premises on the day following the closing of the sal.e. It is understood by the seller and the buyers that Parcel B has acc6ss to, and is subject to, all, roadways and utility easements that run adjacent'to Parcel B. The sel.l.er shall pay al-1 Lincoln County property taxes, on the 2.577 acres being sold, to June 30, 2001, and for prior years. The buyers warrant and agree that they have made a full and complete inspection of the described property and agree that the premises are being sold in their present condition and state of improvement and with- out any representations, statements, or warranties, expressed or implied.
