Marsing, ID 83639, in consideration of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims unto Joe M.
Hoffman, III, and Paula P. Hoffman, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, of 105 West
5th Street, Oxnard, CA 93030, all of his right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand in and to an undivided one twelfth (1/12) interest in the following described premises
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to -wit:
Real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described on
Exhibit A attached and incorporated herein by this reference.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.
