MEIKLE, husband and wife, P.O. Box 2257, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83401, the owners of Lot 54 as
described below, and REX MEIKLE, sole owner, P.O. Box 2257, Idaho Falls, Idaho 83401, the owner
of Lot 55, as described below, GRANTORS, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and
other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby
CONVEY AND WARRANT to ROBERT R. MEIKLE, a married man as his separate property, and
TED H. MEIKLE, a married man as his separate property, as tenants in common, c/o P.O. Box 3762,
Alpine, Wyoming 83128, GRANTEES, and their heirs and assigns, the following described real
property, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all rights
under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lots Fifty -Four (54) and Fifty -Five (55) in Star Valley Ranch Plat Six (6), as platted
and recorded in the official records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging.
REX MEIKLE
Subject to all reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent, to all
covenants, conditions, exceptions, and easements of record, and to all rights -of -way of record
or of sight.
