Bank of Gillette, mortgagee, dated October 31, 2008, recorded November 3, 2008, as Instrument Number 943377;
in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, given to secure payment of a note in the in the amount of
One Hundred Fifty -Six Thousand, Eight Hundred and 00 /100 ($156,800.00); and
WHEREAS, said note and mortgage having been assigned to Wyoming Community Development
Authority by assignment dated October 31, 2008, and recorded November 18, 2008 as Instrument Number
943701 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, said Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff, pursuant to the request and
direction of the Wyoming Community Development Authority, as Mortgagee, proceeded to advertise and sell said
real property pursuant to the power of advertisement and sale set forth in said Mortgage and the laws of the State
of Wyoming, on the 27 day of April, 2010 at 10:00 a.m., at public auction at the front door of the Lincoln
County Courthouse; and
WHEREAS, Wyoming Community Development Authority made the highest bid for said property and
said property was sold to the Wyoming Community Development Authority and a Certificate of Sale having been
issued to said Wyoming Community Development Authority, dated April 27, 2010, recorded April 27, 2010, as
Instrument Number 953113 in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, no one having appeared and redeemed said property under the laws of the State of
Wyoming and the time for any such redemption having expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have granted, bargained, sold and do hereby
transfer and convey to Wyoming Community Development Authority, P.O. Box 10100, Casper, Wyoming 82602,
the following described real property situated in Converse County, Wyoming, to wit:
UNIT 502 OF BUILDING 500, STATELINE CONDOMINIUMS, AS SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF FILED ON SEPTEMBER 12,
2006, AS DOCUMENT No. 922381, AS PLAT NO. 362 -A, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, ALSO
BEING A PART OF LOT 5, STATELINE ESTATES, AS SHOWN ON THE OFFICIAL PLAT THEREOF FILED ON NOVEMBER 17, 2005, AS
DOCUMENT NO. 913797 AS PLAT NO. 293 -E, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, AND FURTHER
DEFINED AND DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS FOR STATELINE
CONDOMINIUMS LOCATED IN FREEDOM, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING, CREATED BY DOCUMENT NO. 922380, IN BOOK 633 AT
PAGE 513 OR SET FORTH IN THE RELATED BYLAWS IN ANY INSTRUMENT CREATING THE ESTATE OR INTEREST INSURED BY THIS
PROPERTY; AND IN ANY OTHER ALLIED INSTRUMENT REFERRED TO IN ANY OF THE INSTRUMENTS AFORESAID.
