*This serves to correct the legal description of Warranty Deed recorded June 19, 2003 in Book 524, Page 477.
Earl H. Peavler, Jr. Trustee of the Earl H. Peavler, Jr. and LuAnn C. Peavler Family Trust, dated 7 day
of May, 1997, and Wade Peavler and Teresa Peavler, Husband and Wife,
grantor(s) of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Good and
Valuable Consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do(es) Convey and Warrant To
Wade Peavler and Teresa Peavler, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties,
grantee(s), whose address is: PO Box 1712 Afton, WY, 83110 the following described real estate, situate in
Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to wit:
A Tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 29, Township 32 North, Range 119
West, 6"' Prime Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming; being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, where is found a BLM -type
brass cap set and inscribed by PE LS 698; thence South 89 °48'42" West, 324.43 feet along the South line of said
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast; thence North 37 °47'11" West, 683.23 feet; thence North 00 °03'42" East, 226.69
feet to a point on the centerline of the existing road, which lies on a circular curve, having a radius of 125.00 feet, a
central angle of 49 °31'50 and a chord of 104.73 feet bearing South 58 °59'05" East; thence along said centerline
through the following courses and distances; along said curve southeasterly for an arc distance of 108.06 feet; thence
South 34 °13'10" East, 67.48 feet to a point of curve of a circular curve, having a radius of 200.00 feet, a central angle
of 51 °19'03 and a chord of 17120 feet bearing South 59 °52'42" East; along said curve southeasterly for an are
distance of 179.13 feet to a point; thence South 85 °32'13" East, 76.00 feet; thence North 82 °37'26" East, 134.44 feet;
thence North 69 °17'21" East, 95.45 feet; thence North 77 °29'27" East, 113.29 feet to a point of curve of a circular
curve, having a radius of 100.00 feet, a central angle of 28 °49'45 and a chord of 49.79 feet bearing South 88 °05'41"
East; Along said curve easterly for an arc distance of 50.32 feet to a point on the East line of said Southeast Quarter of
the Northeast Quarter; thence departing said road centerline and proceeding along said East line South 00 °35'20"
East, 636.91 feet to the Corner of Beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPTING the following described property:
Part of that tract of land known as Tract 5 of the Peavler Family Exemption, as described in a Deed of Record,
executed June 13, 2003, and recorded in Book 524, Page 477 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk, said tract
being located within the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 32 North, Range 119
West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southeast Corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 29;
thence South 89 °48'42" West, along the south line of the said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, a distance
of 324.43 feet to a point; thence North 37 °47'17" West a distance of 262.12 feet to the True Point of Beginning; and
running from this Point of Beginning thence North 37 °47'06" West distance of 326.11 feet to a point; thence North
37 °47'11" West a distance of 95.00 feet to a point; thence North 00 °03'45" East a distance of 226.68 feet to the
intersection with an existing road centerline; thence along a centerline cicular curve to the right, with a beginning
bearing of South 83 °45'00" and a radius of 125 feet, through a delta angle of 49 °31'50 along an are distance of
108.06 feet; thence South 34 °13'10" East a distance of 67.48 feet; thence along a tangent circular curve to the left, with
a radius of 200 feet, though a delta angle of 51 °19'03 along an arc distance of 179.13 feet; thence South 85 °32'13"
East a distance of 45.33 feet and leave said centerline; thence South 10 °14'44" West a distance of 365.10 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
