HomeMy WebLinkAbout873002V1V-L ~t1 JL X373002 t300K 33R PAGE &4-j. - RECEIVER'S DEEb PON, 01 MA - I }117 I1- rB [1EMIML, V t'011AING WHEREAS, the Third Judicial District Court of Lincoln County, Wyoming, has heretofore and on the 26th day of March, 2001, duly entered an Order authorizing and directing RICHARD BROUGH as Receiver for GREYS RIVER ENTERPRISES, INC., a Wyoming Corporation, to execute and deliver a deed as to certain real estate as hereinafter described, upon the performance of certain conditions by grantee; and WHEREAS, all conditions precedent set forth and referred to in said Order of Court have now been fully complied with by Grantee; NOW, THEREFORE RICHARD BROUGH as keceiver for GREYS RIVER ENTERPRISES, INC., a Wyoming Corporation, Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof being hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto ROBERT I. REED and JOAN M. REED, husband and wife, tenants by the entireties, Grantees, all of said corporation's right, title and interest in and to the following described real estate, to wit: Lot 608-C, LAKEVIEW ESTATE SUBDIVISION, Lincoln County, Wyoming as said lot is lad down and described on the official plat of said addition duly 'recorded in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming and that portion of Lot 651-C in said Lakeview Estates Subdivision and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary line of said Lot 651-C and the Southerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 89 from which point of beginning the northeasterly corner of said Lot 651-C lies N63°1 1'E, a distance of 100 feet; THENCE from said point of beginning, S26°49'E, a distance of 70 feet, more or less to the northeasterly corner of Lot 608-C of said Lakeview Estates Subdivision; THENCE along the northerly boundary line of Lot 608-C of said Lakeview Estate Subdivision a distance of 100 feet, more or less, to the northwesterly corner of said Lot 608-C; THENCE N26°49W, a distance of 70 feet, more or less, to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 89; THENCE N63°1 1'E, along said southerly right-of-way line a distance of 100 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. TOGETHER with and including all improvements thereon, all fixtures, attachments, appliances and all appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belong. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, rights and rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
