RICHARD L. JENKINS and KATHLEEN A. JENKINS, Husband and Wife, of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantors, for and in consideration of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand
paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY and WARRANT to JAMES R. CARLISLE and DONNA K. CARLISLE,
Husband and Wife, whose mailing address is P.O. Box 94, Alpine,
Wyoming 83128, Grantees, the following described real property
located in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and
waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State, to-wit:
The real property described in Exhibit A attached
hereto and made a part hereof,
Including and together with all improvements and
appurtenances thereon and thereunto belonging, but
subject to taxes, assessments, reservations,
covenants, conditions, restrictions, rights-of-way
and easements of record, if any.
