Said money and materials purchased were actually used in the improvement, construction, and repair to the real property and improvements and payments. The name of the reputed owner of the real property and improvements is Rick Lynn Hunsaker. The money for materials were supplied at the request of Rick Lynn Hunsaker. The value provided first by the claimant is the principal sum of $4,813.89 after deducting all just credits and offsets to February 15, 2001. Claimant does claim the lien upon the improvements, lands and real property above-described for the above-said amount due and owing with interest accruing thereon and attorney fees and costs incurred by Claimant by filing and enforcing this lien.
