NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pamela Hunsaker Jones of
, State of Idaho, gives notice of a lien for money borrowed for
payments and materials upon the land and improvements of the following described real
property and/or improvements all being located on Lot 14, Rolling Hills Subdivision,
Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, street address 2003 Del Rio, Kemmerer,
WY 83101. Said money and materials purchased were actually used in the improvement,
construction, and repair to the real property and improvements and payments.
The name of the reputed owner of the real property and improvements is Rick
Lynn Hunsaker. The money for materials were supplied at the request of Rick Lynn
Hunsaker. The value provided first by the claimant is the principal sum of $4,813.89
after deducting all just credits and offsets to February 15, 2001.
Claimant does claim the lien upon the improvements, lands and real property
above-described for the above-said amount due and owing with interest accruing thereon
and attorney fees and costs incurred by Claimant by filing and enforcing this lien.

after deducting all just credits and offsets.
3. Acknowledges that the Affiant has executed the foregoing Notice and Claim of
Lien.
