ORDER ADMITTING FOREIGN PROBATE PROCEEDINGS
This matter having come on regularly to be heard the 21st day of September, 2010, on the
Petition of ROBERT A. BAKER III, as the sole heir of the estate of the decedent, which was duly
probated in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles, Case No. P
644 472, and the Court having found that said Petition has been filed in accordance with and meets
all the requirements of Section 2 -11 -201, W.S.A. (2009); that notice has been given according to
law; and that no persons have appeared to object to said Petition;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that
the certified copies of the proceedings in the above entitled estate in the State of California which
have been filed herein shall, and hereby are, admitted to record in this Court as a Wyoming probate
of said estate, and they shall henceforth be considered and treated as original proceedings in this
Court and shall be conclusive evidence of the facts therein shown,

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all of the decedent's
one -half (1/2) interest in and to a 0.3125% of 8/8 overriding royalty interest covering certain lands
situated in Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows:
Township 26 North, Range 113 West, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Section 1: All (Resurvey part Lot 37)
More particularly described as follows:
Beginning at corner No. 1 of Lot 37, thence south along the township line 81.60
chains, thence west 80.45 chains, thence north along the township line 81.91 chains,
thence east along the township line80.47 chains, to the point of beginning, containing
656.71 acres, more or less Lincoln County, Wyoming.
shall be, and hereby is, distributed to Robert A. Baker III, of 1134 West First Street, Los Angeles,
CA 90026, all in accordance with the Order Setting Final Report and Waiver of Accounting of
Executor; for Allowance of Fees for Ordinary Services; and for Final Distribution entered by the
Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles on September 1, 1982 nd
on file herein.
