ORDER ADMITTING FOREIGN PROBATE PROCEEDINGS
This matter having come on regularly to be heard the 21st day of September, 2010, on the
Petition of ROGER D. FISHER, as the residuary beneficiary of the estate of the decedent, which was
duly probated in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Santa Clara, Case
No. P 129147, and the Court having found that said Petition has been filed in accordance with and
meets all the requirements of Section 2 -11 -201, W. S.A. (2009); that notice has been given according
to law; and that no persons have appeared to object to said Petition;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that
the certified copies of the proceedings in the above entitled estate in the State of California which
have been filed herein shall, and hereby are, admitted to record in this Court as a Wyoming probate
of said estate, and they shall henceforth be considered and treated as original proceedings in this
Court and shall be conclusive evidence of the facts therein shown,
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all of the decedent's
one -half (1/2) interest in and to a 0.3125% of 8/8 overriding royalty interest covering certain lands

Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Santa Clara on May 7, 1993, and on file
herein.
