MEMORANDUM OF LEASE
An Agreement was entered into between John Watts and Nancy Watts
hereinafter referred to as Landlord, and James H. Watts, Jr. and Malissa Ellen Watts
hereinafter referred to as Tenant, whose address is P. O. Box 4236, Jackson, WY 83001,
for the leasing of the following described real estate, situate Lincoln County, Wyoming
legally described on the attached Exhibit A which lease will commence on October 1,
2010 and will expire on October 31, 2050.
This Memorandum of Lease is for information and recordation purposes only
and does not constitute the entire agreement between the parties.

S 89 °47'22 "E, 592.14 feet from the witness corner to the N1 /16 corner common to said
Section 10 and Section 9, T36N, R119W, 6 P.M. marked by a steel pipe with a brass
cap inscribed "PLS 5368" and appropriate details;
THENCE along said north line, said line also being the north line of that parcel
