THE 17th DAY OF JUNE, 1991.
GAIL SUSAN ASBURY, GRANTOR, a married woman of Helena, Montana, Lewis and
Clark County (mailing address: 524 First Street, Helena, Montana 59601),
hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to CONNIE LYNN McCAFFERTY, GRANTEE, a
married woman of Lincoln, Montana, Lewis and Clark County (mailing
address: P.O. Box 1..103, Lincoln, Montana 59639), the following described
real estate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving all. rights
under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
"McCAFFF.RTY PARCEL C and McCAFFERTY PARCEL, B", as described on that certain
Parcel Divisions map 120-A, recorded as Number 862716, that accompanied
the Parcel Divisions applications of Gail K.rautter Asbury and Connie
Krautter McCafferty that was approved in Kemmerer, Wyoming by the Board
of Lincoln County Commissioners on the 3rd day of November, 1999; said
"McCAFFERTY PARCEL C and McCAFFERTY PARCEL D" enclose an area of 5.349
acres located in the SW% NE1A of Section 1.5, Township 36 North, Range 119
West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
