GAIL SUSAN ASBURY, GRANTOR, a married woman of Helena, Montana, Lewis and Clark County (mailing address: 524 First Street, Helena, Montana 59601), hereby CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to CONNIE LYNN McCAFFERTY, GRANTEE, a married woman of Lincoln, Montana, Lewis and Clark County (mailing address: P.O.
