We, Theodbre .1. Olmsted a/k/a Ted Olmsted and Denise E. Olmsted a/it/a Denise
Olmsted, husband and wife, GRANTORS, for and iaa consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00)
and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Schmid Development Company, L.L.C.,
whose mailing address is 333 North Main Street, LaBarge, Wyoming 83123, GRANTEE,
the following described real estate situate in Weston County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State, to wit:
Lots 29 and 30 of Block 19 First Addition to Tulsa, 'T'own of
LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming. Together with all
buildings, fences, reservations and improvements situate thereon
or appurtenant thereto.
Subject, however, to mineral reservations of record and other
easements of record or in actual use.

Lots'31 and 32 of Block 19 First Addition to the Town of
LaBarge, fotnnerl Tulsa )✓incoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof. Said property formerly
described as Lots 31 a-ad 32 of Block 19 of the SW I/4 SE 1/4 of
Section 6, T26N, 1 11.2W of the 6th P. M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
