Thayne, Wyoming 83127, for and in consideration of other valuable consideration and
ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, hereby quitclaims to Donovan R. Beagle and Dorothy K.
Beagle, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under the Donovan R. And Dorothy K
Beagle Family Trust Dated April 19, 2002, as amended, for the benefit of their heirs,
Grantee, whose address is PO Box 1034, Thayne, Wyoming 83127 any and all interest
the Grantor has or ought to have in and to the following described real estate:
Lot Twenty -One (21), Plat Nine (9), Star Valley Ranch, Lincoln County,
Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby
covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that
they are free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and
encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of this state.
