KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that TESS B. CORSI and TORI N.
WEST, joint tenants with right of survivorship, whose address is 2430 Morocco Avenue, Las
Vegas, Nevada 89031, Grantors, for And in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND
WARRANT to JON D. PITTMAN and MARY ANN PITTMAN, husband and wife, as tenants
by the entirties, of P.O. Box 3071, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, Grantees, their heirs and assigns
forever, the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Land more particularly described on EXHIBIT A, a copy of which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditatnents, and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-way, reservations, and
restrictions now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.
SUBJECT ALSO to the following restrictions:
The tract conveyed herein, encompassing an area of 30.00 acres, more or
less, shall not be further divided into more than three (3) parcels.
Said tract shall be used for residential, agricultural, and horse purposes
only. Residential, agricultural, and horse purposes shall be deemed to include: (1)
leasing the property from time to time, (2) use of the property to raise hay and
other crops, (3) use of the property to conduct computer-based or similar types of
home businesses, and,, (3) use of the property for raising, breeding, training,
selling, , boarding, and showing horses, and for conducting riding and
horsemanship lessons and clinics.
