Lot 9 of Block 2 of the Lincoln Heights Subdivision to the Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming as described on the official Plat thereof.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record,
and taxes for the current year and thereafter.
