Horsley aka David Wayne Horsley and Betty Mae Horsley, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto David W. Horsley and Betty Mae Horsley and their successors, Trustees of the David W. Horsley and Betty Mae Horsley Family Trust dated the 28th day of December, 1996, grantees, of PO Box 486, Afton, WY 83110, David W. Horsley and Betty Mae Horsley, beneficiaries, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to -wit: BEGINNING at a point which is 92.5 feet North from the Southeast Corner of Lot No. 1 in Block 19 of the Townsite of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence North 57.75 feet, thence West 165 feet, thence South 55.25 feet, thence East 138 feet 1 1/2 inches, thence South 2.5 feet, thence East 26 feet 10 1/2 inches, more or less, to the point of beginning, together with improvements and water rights. SUBJECT to all easements and rights of way of sight or record. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
