WHEREAS, Lanell Alexander, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for SecurityNational
Mortgage Company, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by
that certain mortgage dated April 1, 2004 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in
the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in
and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on April 6, 2004, at Reception No.
898320 in Book 551 at Page 712.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P.
Assignment dated: December 1, 2009
Assignment recorded: December 9, 2009
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 950985 in Book 737 at Page
713
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P., acting under a power of sale
contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the
hereinafter described real property on January 26, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the
forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse
located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. "Successful
Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real
property in the sum of $45,531.68, and the said real property was then and there
sold to the Successful Bidder on January 26, 2010 "Sale Date and a
Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which
Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County
Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on January 26, 2010, at Reception No. 951831 in Book 741 at Page
63;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary
Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., its successors and
assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated April 27, 2010
and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on July 1, 2010, at Reception No.
954221 in Book 750 at Page 90.
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Secretary Of
Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., His Successors And
Assigns whose address is c/o Michaelson, Connor, Boul, Inc., 5312 Bolsa Ave,
STE 200, Huntington Beach, CA 92649, ATTN: Single Family Property
Disposition Branch, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the

OFFICIAL PLAT FILED ON MARCH 7, 1977 AS
INSTRUMENT NO. 490264 OF THE RECORDS OF
THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK
with an address of 589 Solliday Street, Opal, WY 83124
Together with all improvements thereon situate and
all fixtures and appurtenances thereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to The Secretary Of Housing And Urban Development Of
Washington, D.C., its successors and assigns forever.
