SHERIFF'S DEED
WHEREAS, Cody W. Perry and Betsy J. Perry, as mortgagor(s),
mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
Academy Mortgage Corporation, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real
property by that certain mortgage dated January 25, 2007 (the "Mortgage and
duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on January 31,
2007, at Reception No. 926448 in Book 647 at Page 717.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of Aurora Loan Services, LLC, acting under a power of sale contained
in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter
described real property on May 11, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at
public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925
Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, Aurora Loan Services, LLC "Successful Bidder
made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the
sum of $140,635.44, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on May 11, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was
issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly
recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register
of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 11, 2010, at
Reception No. 953333 in Book 747 at Page 6;
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal
National Mortgage Association, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated May 21, 2010 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on O('' Obey 1 2010, at
Reception No. Cl 50 1.0 in Book at at Page
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL NATIONAL
MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, whose address is P.O. Box 650043, Dallas, TX
75265 -0043, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-
wit:

BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST
QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 16 AND
RUNNING THENCE NORTH, ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF THE
SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER, A DISTANCE OF
440 FEET; THENCE WEST, A DISTANCE OF 440 FEET; THENCE SOUTH A

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said described premises, together with
all improvements thereon erected and all fixtures and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, to FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, its
successors and assigns forever.
