DBA Lending Tree Loans, as mortgagee, the hereinafter described real property by that certain mortgage dated September 9, 2008 (the "Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on September 17, 2008, at Reception No. 942310 in Book 705 at Page 97. The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows: Assignee: US Bank, N.A. Assignment dated: December 23, 2009 Assignment recorded: January 6, 2010 Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 951441 in Book 739 at Page All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming; and WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and direction of US Bank, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real property on February 23, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, US Bank, N.A. "Successful Bidder made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of $225,967.03, and the said real property was then and there sold to the Successful Bidder on February 23, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 23, 2010, at Reception No. 952283 in Book No 742 at Page 862.
