WHEREAS, Arel Lynn Hunt and Patty Lynn Hunt, as mortgagor(s),
mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for
Home Loan Center, Inc. DBA Lending Tree Loans, as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated September 9, 2008 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
September 17, 2008, at Reception No. 942310 in Book 705 at Page 97.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:
Assignee: US Bank, N.A.
Assignment dated: December 23, 2009
Assignment recorded: January 6, 2010
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 951441 in Book 739 at Page
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of US Bank, N.A., acting under a power of sale contained in the
Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described
real property on February 23, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage
Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, US Bank, N.A. "Successful Bidder made the highest
and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$225,967.03, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on February 23, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale
was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale
was duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio
Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on February 23,
2010, at Reception No. 952283 in Book No 742 at Page 862.
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to The Secretary
Of Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C, its successors and
assigns by that certain Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated March 29, 2010
and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
J ,or Apr- d 2010, at Reception No. 96 in
Book 7S5/,"X at Page 02
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said The Secretary Of
Housing And Urban Development Of Washington, D.C., His Successors And
Assigns whose address is c/o Michaelson, Connor, Boul, Inc., 5312 Bolsa Ave,
STE 200, Huntington Beach, CA 92649, ATTN: Single Family Property
Disposition Branch, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the
following described real property situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-

limits of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in
the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 210 of Photostatic records on Page
204, it being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of Record in said office in
Book 313 of Photostatic records on page 135, as follows:
Commencing at a point on the West right -of -way line of U.S. Highway 89 identical with
an intersection with the South line of Nield Avenue, S77 degrees 18'36 "W, 159.77 feet
from the Northeast corner of said Section 36, found as described in the corner record
filed in said office;Thence S 89 degrees 13'18 "W, 185.64 feet, along said South line to a
spike on the centerline of that easement of record in said office in Book 278 of
Photostatic records on page 82; thence S 89 degrees 13'59 "W, 123.07 feet, along said
