WHEREAS, John W. Galley, as mortgagor(s), mortgaged to
Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GMAC
Mortgage, LLC f /k /a GMAC Mortgage Corporation, as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated July 28, 2008 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
July 29, 2008, at Reception No. 940864 in Book 701 at Page 29.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

Assignment recorded: March 8, 2010
Assignment recording information: at Reception No. 952421 in Book 743 at Page
All in the records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of GMAC Mortgage, LLC, acting under a power of sale contained in the
Mortgage, proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described
real property on May 25, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public
vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage
Avenue, Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, GMAC Mortgage, LLC "Successful Bidder made the
highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$136,601.50, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on May 25, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was
issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly
recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register
of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on May 25, 2010, at
Reception No. 953635 in Book 747 at Page 749;
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said GMAC Mortgage, LLC,
1100 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034, its successors and assigns, all
right, title, and interest to the following described real property situate in Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY REFERRED TO IN INSTRUMENT NO.
865637 RECORDED MAY 1, 2000, IN BOOK 445PR ON PAGE 55 OF THE
RECORDS OF THE LINCOLN COUNTY CLERK, ALL IN THE NORTHEAST
QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 34
NORTH, RANGE 119 WEST OF THE 6 P.M., LINCOLN COUNTY,
WYOMING, AND BEGIN MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT THE B.L.M. TYPE MONUMENT MARKING THE BAKER
ENGINEERS PE /LS 698 LOCATION FOR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
