I, H. CHRISTINA PEART, being of legal age and first duly sworn, deposes and says as
follows:
1. That Richard Lee Peart, the decedent mentioned in the attached certified copy of the
certificate of death, is the same person as Richard Peart named as one of the parties in that
certain Warranty Deed dated October 24, 1962, executed by August Hakola and Amanda
Hakola, husband and wife to Richard Peart and Christina Peart, husband and wife, as tenants
by the entireties and not as tenants in common, recorded as Instrument Number 371945, on
November 2, 1962, in Book 57PR, Page 531, of the Official Records of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, concerning the real property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming and described as follows:
Parcel 164 of the Town of Diamondville, Wyoming, as shown upon
the plat thereof dated August 31, 1942, containing 6000 square feet,
more or less. Together with all buildings and improvements thereon.
Subject to reservations contained in the original deed to the Grantors
from the Diamond Coal and Coke Company.
2. That Richard Lee Peart, the decedent mentioned in the attached certified copy of the
certificate of death, is the same person as Richard L. Peart named as one of the parties in that
certain Deed dated April 21, 1964, executed by The Kemmerer Coal Company by its
President, G. E. Sorensen to Richard L. Peart and Christina Peart, husband and wife,
recorded as Instrument Number 383706, on July 20, 1964, in Book 66PR at Page 482, of the
Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, concerning the real property situated
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming and described as follows:
Resurvey Parcel No. 163, being the East Forty (40) Feet of Lots
Eleven (11), Twelve (12) and Thirteen (13) of Block Nine (9) in the
Town of Diamondville, Wyoming.
3. ' That Richard Lee Peart, the decedent mentioned in the attached certified copy of the
certificate of death, is the same person as Richard L. Peart named as one of the parties in that
certain Deed dated August 17, 1965, executed by The Kemmerer Coal Company by its

President, G. E. Sorensen to Richard L. Peart and Christine Peart, husband and wife,
recorded as Instrument Number 394766, on May 5, 1966, in Book 74PR at Page 97, of the
Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, concerning the real property situated
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming and described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot Fifteen (15) in Block
Nine (9) of the Town of Diamondville; thence South 11 ° 10' East
along the easterly boundary line of Lots Fifteen (15) and Fourteen
(14) of said Block Nine (9), a distance of 60.00 feet; thence South 78°
50' West along the southerly boundary line of said Lot 14, Block 9,
a distance of 90.00 feet; thence North 11 ° 10' West, a distance of
60.00 feet; thence North 78° 50' East, along the northerly boundary
line of said Lot 15, Block 9, a distance of 90.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
4. That Richard Lee Peart, the decedent mentioned in the attached certified copy of the
certificate of death, is the same person as Richard L. Peart named as one of the parties in that
certain Warranty Deed dated August 31, 1978, executed by Steven L. Peart and Luana R.
Peart, husband and wife to Richard L. Peart and Christine S. Peart, husband and wife, as
tenants by the entireties, recorded as Instrument Number 515541, on October 24, 1978, in
Book 150PR at Page 191, of the Official Records of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
concerning the real property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming and
described as follows:
The West one-half (WI/2) of the following described property, to-wit:
The S%2N'/2N'/2NW'/4SW1/4 of Section 8, Township 21 North, Range
115 West, 6' P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the W'/4 Corner of Section 8, T 21 N, R 115 W, 6th
P.M.; thence S 00°04'25" W, 165.66 feet to the point of beginning;
thence N 89°56'08" E, 1316.84 feet; thence S 00°06'25" W, 165.57
feet; thence S 89°55'54" W, 1316.75 feet; thence N 00°04'25" E,
165.66 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject, however, to all
reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of
record or in use.
5. That I am the same Christine Peart mentioned in the above referenced Deeds and thereby
am a person interested in the effective property or the title thereto and pursuant to § 2-9-102
W.S. (1980) hereby make the death a matter of record and certify that upon the death of
Richard Lee Peart, his previous estate in the property was terminated.

6. That the certified copy of the certificate of death indicates that Richard Lee Peart died on
September 30, 2000 in the City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming.
Dated this 25th day of April, 2001.
