MANES E. SAXTON AND MARY LU SAXTON are indebted to the United States
Government, acting through the Farm Service Agency, formerly the Farmers
Home Administration, as evidenced by a Shared Appreciation Agreement (SAA)
executed by borrowers in favor of the Government dated May 18, 1989 with
a f inal due date of May 18, 1999 • That Shared Appreciation Agreement
(note) is secured by a real estate mortgage executed by the borrowers dated
May 18, 1989 and recorded on May 22, 1989 in the LINCOLN County
Recorder's Office as File No. 702601, Book 273, pg. 699.
Borrowers and Government have agreed to amortize the SAA (note). The
amount of the shared appreciation due is $ 71, 500.00 It will be
amortized at 5.75% per annum, with a final due date of • May 18, 2002
The above described real estate mortgage is hereby amende add'ng the
interest rate and changing the final due date as outl' ov
