RECORDED IN BOOK 399 PR, PAGE 308, NUMBER 08406741 IN KEMMERER, WYOMING
ON THE 14TH DAY OF JULY, 1997•
DON C. KRAUTTER and JEAN M. KRAUTTER, GRANTORS, of Alpine, Wyoming, for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 Dollars (S$10.00), the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QUITCLAIM to GAIL
SUSAN ASBURY, GRANTEE, of 524 First Street, Helena, Montana 59601, the
following described real, estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, hereby waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead
Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit: A 0.78 acre parcel of land located
in the SEIA SE% NWT, of Section 15, Township 36 North, Range 119 West,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described as follows:
THE. SOUTHWEST 0.78 ACRES OF "ASBURY PARCEL All, AS PARCEL A IS
DESCRIBED ON PARCEL DIVISIONS MAP 120-A THAT WAS RECORDED AS
NUMBER 86271.6 IN KEMMERER, WYOMING ON THE 22ND DAY OF NOVEMBER,
1999; SAID ASBURY PARCEL A being 6.355 acres located in the
SW% NE34 and the SEIA SEI► NWIA of Section 1.5, Township 36 North,
Range 119 West, 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
