''!YaMING J.H. MERRITT AND KENDRA M. MERRITT, Trustees of THE LONE CEDAR TRUST dated /1/a v 91y of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming in consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid by Claudette Scott, Trustee whose address is 6741 Cassidy Lane, West Jordon, UT 84048 The receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto the said. CLAUDETTE SCOTT AND JAMES W. SCOTT, TRUSTEES OF THE CLAUDETTE SCOTT FAMILY TRUST under agreement dated July 28, 1988, heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as we have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, to-wit: Part of HES 168, Section 16, T34N R1 18W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of said HES 168, Section 16, and running thence North, along the East boundary line of said HES 168, Section 16 (also being along the National Forest Boundary), 130 feet; thence West, on a line parallel to the South boundary line of said Section 16, 385 feet; thence South, on a line parallel to the East boundary line of said HES 168, 130 feet; thence East, along the South boundary line of said Section 16, 385 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said Claudette Scott, Trustee heirs and assigns, to his and their own property use and behoof forever. So that neither we nor any other person in my name or behalf shall or will hereafter claim or demand any right to title to the premises or any part thereof, but they and everyone of them shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
