1. That ODELL HUNSAKER, the decedent mentioned in the attached copy of
Certificate of Death, is the same person as ODELL HUNSAKER named as one of the
grantees in that certain Warranty Deed dated the 31 ST day of December, 1979, executed
by Elworth Nield, Marjorie Hunsaker, Ruth Brog and Marilyn Hillstead, father/daughters,
grantors, to ODELL HUNSAKER and Marjorie Hunsaker as joint tenants with right of
survivorship and not as tenants in common, grantees, and recorded January 7, 1980, as
Instrument No. 534628 in Book 162 of PR, page 655, of the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, covering the following described real property located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to-wit:
Home Propel
Beginning at the North Quarter Corner of Section 35 in said T32N;
R1 19W of the 6th P.M. and running thence East 121 feet to a point,
thence South 209 feet, thence East 209 feet, thence North 209 feet,
thence West 209 feet, back to the point 121 feet from the place of
beginning and containing one (1) acre, more or less, together with house,
improvements and water rights.
That the undersigned affiant is the same identical person as Marjorie
Hunsaker, named as one of the grantees in the above-described Warranty Deed, that she
and ODELL HUNSAKER were husband and wife at the time of the execution and recording
of the Warranty Deed described above, and that as the surviving cotenant and spouse of
ODELL HUNSAKER, named in said conveyance, the undersigned, Marjorie Hunsaker,
became on June 9, 2000, the date of the death of the aforementioned decedent, the owner
of the lands or the owner of any interest of ODELL HUNSAKER in the lands described in the
foregoing, subject to any then existing liens and encumbrances.

Certificate of Death, is the same person as ODELL HUNSAKER named as one of the
grantees in that certain United States Marshal's Deed dated the 12th day of January, 1981,
executed by James W. Byrd, United States Marshal, District of Wyoming, grantor, to
ODELL HUNSAKER and Marjorie Hunsaker, husband and wife, grantees, recorded February
9, 1981, as Instrument No. 552707 in Book 173 of PR, page 14, of the Official Records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, covering the following described real property located in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, to-wit:
Swift Creek Property:
Township 32 North, Range 119 West 6th P.M.: Section 25: The South
five and one-quarter (5-1/ acres, of the East half of the Northeast Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter (E1/2NE1/4NE1/4), EXCEPTING:
(a) a portion of the E1/2NE1/4NE1/4 more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at an iron pipe set in the southerly line of said
E1/2NE1/4NE1/4, said iron pipe being 1325.20 feet South and 455.87 feet
N 8905T W from the Northeast corner of said Section 25; thence N 89057'
W 149.04 feet to an iron pipe set; thence N 0042'10" W 238.84 feet to an

Hunsaker, named as one of the grantees in the above-described United States Marshal's
Deed, that she and ODELL HUNSAKER were husband and wife at the time of the execution
and recording of the United States Marshal's Deed described above, and that as the
surviving cotenant and spouse of ODELL HUNSAKER, named in said conveyance, the
undersigned, Marjorie Hunsaker, became on June 9, 2000, the date of the death of the
aforementioned decedent, the owner of the lands or the owner of any interest of ODELL

Jack Russell Titensor and Doris Titensor, husband and wife, grantors, to ODELL
HUNSAKER and Marjorie Hunsaker, husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of
survivorship and not as tenants in common, grantees, recorded March 22, 1977, as
Instrument No. 490855 in Book 134 of PR, 'page 564, of the Official Records of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, covering the following described real property located in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, to-wit:
Motel Property:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Lot 2 in Block 17, in the Afton,
Wyoming Townsite Survey, as platted and recorded, and running thence
North 6 rods; thence East 10 rods; thence North 4 rods; thence East 10 rods;
thence South 10 rods; thence West 20 rods to the place of beginning.
That the undersigned affiant is the same identical person as Marjorie
Hunsaker, named as one of the grantees in the above-described Warranty Deed, that she
and ODELL HUNSAKER were husband and wife at the time of the execution and recording
of the Warranty Deed described above, and that as the surviving cotenant and spouse of
ODELL HUNSAKER, named in said conveyance, the undersigned, Marjorie Hunsaker,
became on June 9, 2000, the date of the death of the aforementioned decedent, the owner

and Ardella Thompson Davis, husband and wife, grantors, to ODELL HUNSAKER and
Marjorie Hunsaker, husband and wife, joint tenants with rights of survivorship, grantees,
recorded March 29, 1967, as Instrument No. 400332 in Book 77 of PR, page 421, of the
Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, covering the following described real
property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:

Commencing at a point 16 rods, 11.5 feet South and 38 rods, 15 feet East of
the Northwest Corner of Section 31 in Township 32 North, Range 118 West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian and running thence South 2030' West 5.5 rods;

grantees in that certain Warranty Deed, executed by Jennie Lutz, single, grantor, to ODELL
HUNSAKER and or Marjorie Hunsaker, husband and wife, as joint tenancy with full rights of
survivorship, grantees, recorded April 10, 1967, as Instrument No. 400652 in Book 77 of
PR, page 513, of the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, covering the following
described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:

Commencing at a point 22 rods, 3.25 feet South and 38 rods, 14.5 feet East
of the Northwest Corner of Section 31 in Township 32 North, Range 118

Retta Lancaster, a widow, grantor, to ODELL HUNSAKER and Marjorie Hunsaker, husband
and wife, by the entireties, grantees, recorded February 18, 1965, as Instrument No.
387292 in Book 69 of PR, page 269, of the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming,
covering the following described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:

A tract or parcel of land, described as beginning at a point 90 rods North from
the Southwest corner of the NW1/4 of Section 5, Township 30 North, Range
118 West, and running thence North 27 rods 5 feet; thence East 140 rods;
thence South 38 rods 5 feet; thence West 129 rods; thence North 11 rods;
thence West 11 rods, to the place of beginning.
That the undersigned affiant is the same identical person as Marjorie
Hunsaker, named as one of the grantees in the above-described Warranty Deed, that she
and.ODELL HUNSAKER were husband and wife at the time of the execution and recording
of the Warranty Deed described above, and that as the surviving cotenant and spouse of

Colleen H. Cranney, a single woman, grantor, to. ODELL HUNSAKER and Marjorie
Hunsaker, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, with full rights
of survivorship, grantees, recorded May 14, 1957, as Instrument No. 227813 in Book 22 of
PR, page 214, of the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming, covering the following
described real property located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, to-wit:

(except the South 17 rods of the East 42 rods thereof; and except the East 5

EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following: Beginning at a point 58 feet East of
the Southwest Corner of the SW1/4SE1/4 of Section 31, T31N, Range 118
West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence North
