Crook, husband and wife, and Ronald F. Crook, as sole Trustee of the Lyman F. Crook
Revocable Trust dated the 20 day of April, 1993, Lyman F. Crook being deceased, of
Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming (mailing address: 103078 Hwy. 89, Freedom, WY
83120) in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained
herein convey and quitclaim unto Ronald F. Crook and Barbara E. Crook and their
successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Ronald Crook Family
Trust between Grantors and Trustee, dated the 1st day of February, 2001, Ronald F.
Crook and Barbara E. Crook, beneficiaries, all such right, title, interest, property,
possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the following
