HomeMy WebLinkAbout872731THE FOLLOWING COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS AND CONDITIONS ARE HEREBY BEING MADE A PART OF ALL WARRANTY DEEDS TO ASBURY PARCEL A, ASBURY PARCEL B, McCAFFERTY PARCEL C, AND McCAFFERTY PARCEL D OF THAT CERTAIN LAND SURVEY DESCRIBED ON "ASBURY McCAFFERTY PARCEL DIVISIONS" PLAT 120-A THAT WAS APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF LINCOLN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS IN KEMMERER, WYOMING ON THE 3RD DAY OF NOVEMBER 1999, AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THELINCOLN COUNTY CLERK AS NUMBER 862716. 9) WITNESS MY HAND THIS 18th DAY OF APRIL 2001, AT AFTON, WYOMING. (1) THE ASBURY-McCAFFERTY PARCEL DIVISION LOTS APE NEVER TO BE SUBDIVIDED. (2) NO COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY, OF ANY NATURE, WILL. BE PERMITTED. (3) ALL BUILDINGS WILL CONFORM TO THE GENERAL NATURE OF THE AREA. (4) NO SIGNS WILL BE PERMITTED EXCEPT A SIGN TO IDENTIFY THE PROPERTY AND THE RESIDENT THEREON. (5) NO TRAVEL TRAILERS OR MOTOR HOMES WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY UNLESS SO AUTHORIZED BY THE SELLER OR THE SELLER'S AGENT. THE BUYER WILL SUPPLY HIS OWN WATER FROM A DRILLED WATER WELL. ALL FENCES ON THE PROPERTY BEING PURCHASED SHALL BE OF "BUCK AND POLE" CONSTRUCTION AND BUILT FROM NATIVE LODGEPOLE PINE TIMBER. NO DEBRIS, TRASH OR RUBBISH WILL BE PERMITTED TO REMAIN ON THE PROPERTY AND NO OUTSIDE BURNING OF RUBBISH IS ALLOWED. ONLY ELECTRIC PUMPS SHALL BE USED FOR IRRIGATION PURPOSES. (10) NOT MORE THAN TWO HORSES AND TWO DOGS WILL BE PERMITTED TO BE KEPT ON THE PROPERTY; ALL OTHER SPECIES OF ANIMALS ARE NOT PERMITTED UNLESS SO AUTHORIZED BY THE SELLER OR THE SELLER'S AGENT.
