A strip of land located in the Southeast Quarter (SE' /a) of Section 29, Township
21 North, Range 112 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Lincoln County, Wyoming, more
particularly described as follows:
A fifty (50) foot wide strip of land being twenty five (25) feet each side of the
following described centerline;
Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 29;
thence North 53 °02'35" West, 2071.87 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
being at the northeasterly Right -of -Way line of U.S. Highway 30 at Highway Station 746 +99.3
(M.P. 79.8) being also a cattle guard;
