WYOMING SHERIFF'S DEED
This Sheriff's Deed made this Al day of MO,A4 }(1
2001, by Lee Gardner, the duly elected, qualified and acting
Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming, as GRANTOR is to witnesseth
that:
WHEREAS, under and by virtue of a power of sale contained in
a Mortgage executed by William C. Burgwin and Viona B. Burgwin,
husband and wife, to First Security Bank of Wyoming, which was
dated March 29, 1996, and recorded in Book 38:LPR at Page 886, on
April 5, 1996, of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, and
which Mortgage was ultimately assigned to the Mortgagee, namely,
First Security Bank of Utah, N.A., said Assignment being dated
March 29, 1996, and recorded in Book 388PR at Page 303, of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk onbem K- 18..,7 .1996, and
which Mortgage pledged the hereinafter described real property
and due public notice was given as req irdd by law and'Lee
Gardner, Sheriff, pursuant thereto, by and through his duly
authorized Deputy, exposed for sale at 44
did sell the hereinafter described real property on November 21,
2000, to the purchaser, namely, First Security Bank of Utah,
N.A. for the sum of $50,000.00, said purchaser being the highest
and best bidder and that said sum was the highest and best bid
therefore, and the Sheriff, who, thereupon delivered his
Certificate of Purchase to the purchaser and filed the same
thereof in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on November 21,
2000, in Book 456 at Page 048, and;
WHEREAS, more than four months have expired since the date
of said sale and no redemption has been made of the properties so
sold by any person whatsoever;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, and of
said sum so paid as aforesaid and in compliance with the Statutes
of the State of Wyoming, GRANTOR does hereby grant, bargain, sell
and convey to said First Security Bank of Utah, N.A., GRANTEE,
whose address is C/O Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, 5024 Parkway
Blvd, Building 7, Charlotte, NC 28217, all of the following
described property, situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, to wit:
A part of Section 15, Township 33 North, Range 118 West of the
6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of the NE of section 15,
Township 33 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M., Wyoming and running
thence North 10 Rods, thence West 16 Rods, thence South 10 Rods,
thence East 16 Rods, to the point of beginning.
Which is known as 4628 Bedford- Turnerville Road, Bedford, WY
83112
To have and to hold the above described premises, with the
appurtenances thereto, unto the GRANTEE, or its successors and
assigns, forever.
