valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY AND WARRANT to Amy R. Sabat, a single person, GRANTEE, whose
address is P.O. Box 283, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, the following described real estate,
situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby waiving and releasing all
rights under and by viKue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming,
to wit:
A poKion of the SENNW% of Section 11, T34N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being more padicularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Center Quader corner of said Section 11 and running thence N
89o59'24" W, along the South line of said SENNW%, 155.68 feet;
thence leaving said South line and running thence N 40o16'53" W, 321.44 feet to
a point on the West bank of the East Side Canal;
thence N 2o43'33" W, 198.74 feet to an iron pipe near a fence corner;
thence N 9o00'45" E, along said fence 58.24 feet;
thence leaving said fence and running N 89o02'00" E, 357.12 feet to the East
line of said SE%NW% near a fence corner;
thence S 0o49'52" 'E, 495.26 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appu~enances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions,
easements, rese~ations, and rights-of-way and/or record.
