Agreement dated December 9, 1998, of the second part.
Witnesseth, that said party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of TEN AND NO /I00THS DOLLARS to said party in hand
paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said party of the
second part all first parties' right, title, interest, estate, and every claim and demand, both at law and in equity, in and to all the
following described property situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to -wit:
Lot 74 Plat 13 of the Town of Star Valley Ranch, Lincoln County WY
Commonly known as 1304 Vista, Town of Star Valley Ranch
To Have and to Hold the above described premises unto the said John E. Hales, Jr, and Susan A. Hales, Trustees of the Susan A.
Hales 1998 Revocable Trust under Agreement dated December 9, 1998, its successors and assigns forever.
In Witness Whereof, the said party of the first part has hereunto signed this deed on the day and year first above written.
