Box 40, Somers, Montana 59932, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No /100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby sell, assign, transfer and set over unto TAP ENERGY, INC., P. O. Box 547, Cooper Landing, AK 99572, one -half (1/2) of Sarco's right, title and interest in and to the Oil and Gas Leases described on Exhibit "A" attached to and made a part of this assignment, covering acreage located in Lincoln County, Wyoming together with the rights incident thereto and the personal property thereon, appurtenant thereto, or used in connection therewith. This Assignment is made subject to all the terms and provisions of said Oil and Gas Leases, all prior assignments and conveyances affecting said leases, including overriding royalty burdens and reassignment obligations.
