Box 11030, Jackson, Wyoming 83002, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to James A. Sandner and Linda L. Sandner, husband and wife as tenants by the entireties, GRANTEES, of P.O. Box 3274, Alpine, Wyoming 83128, all of Grantor's interest in and to the following- described property situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to -wit: October, 2010.
