THIS INDENTURE is made the g day of 0 C 2010, by and
between Bank of Jackson Hole, a Wyoming Profit Corporation, Grantor, and F.
Michael Kibbie, as sole owner, Grantee, whose address is: PO Box 5258, Etna,
WY 83118;
That the grantor does, by these presents, hereby CONVEY AND
WARRANT unto the said grantee, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of
land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and more particularly
described as:
Lot 18 of Shadow Dancer Estates, Lincoln County, Wyoming according to that
plat filed August 11, 2004 in the Office of the County Clerk as Plat No. 173 -C
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements
and rights of way of record, of sight or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be
signed by its duly authorized Officer, the day and year first above written.
