KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Gerald L. Goulding, as attorney for Broken
Wheel Ranch Property Owners Association, Inc., of Afton, County of Lincoln, and State of
Wyoming, does hereby certify that a certain Lien Statement Pursuant to Assessment Lien bearing
the date of August 9, 2010, made and executed by Gerald L. Goulding, as attorney for Broken
Wheel Ranch Property Owners Association, Inc., claiming a lien against certain real estate therein
mentioned as security for the payment of $1,500.00 plus assessments accrued in addition to that
amount, as therein stated, which lien statement was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and
Ex- Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 10th day of August,
2010, in Book 751, Page 698, Recording Number 954798, and concerning the following described
real estate in said County, to -wit:
Lot 22 of the Broken Wheel Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as
described on the official plat thereof, together with all buildings, improvements
and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereto.
is fully paid, satisfied, and discharged; and in consideration thereof the lien claimed pursuant to
said Lien Statement is hereby released.
