ENGLER AND CONNIE ANN ENGLER, Husband and Wife, grantors of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, for consideration of Ten and 00/100's ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged CONVEY AND WARRANT TO DUSTIN LARA AND TRINA LARA, Husband and Wile as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, whose address is P.o. BOx 1477, Thayne, WY 83127 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: A portion of the property referred to in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 369PR on page 213 and in Warranty Deeds recorded in Book 369PR on pages 288 and 292 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, with the NE ~JNE¼ of Section 11, T34N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the BLM type monument marking the Marlowe A. Scherbel PLS 5368, 1994 location for the Southwest corner of said NE¼NE¼; thence N 0°31'48'' E, (N 00o37.5'' W record), along the West line of said NE¼NE¼, 330.45 feet; thence S 88050'06'' E, 659.16 feet; thence N 0°31'48" E~-(N 00037.5, W record) 112.40 feet; thence S 88°50~06" E, 492.97 feet (N 89059.8, W, 490.78 feet record); thence S 0049'28" W, (N 00020, W record), 442.83 feet to a point in the South line of said NE¼NE¼; thence N 88050'06.' W, 1149.86 feet (N 89059.8, W, 1149.81 feet, record) to the point of beginning. RESERVING UNTO GRANTOR an easement for ingress and egress and public utilities over and across the east 30 feet of the land described in Instrument recorded June 13, 1995 in Book 369PR on page 286 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, to benefit the. land to be retained by the Grantors. RESERVING UNTO GRANTOR an easement for ingress and egress and public utilities over and across the south 30 feet of the land described in Instrument recorded June 13, 1995 in Book 369PR on page 292 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk, to benefit the land to be retained by the Grantors.
