WHEREAS, Daniel Edwin Spafford and Wendy M. Spafford, as
mortgagor(s), mortgaged to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as
nominee for First Horizon Home Loan Corporation, as mortgagee, the hereinafter
described real property by that certain mortgage dated May 25, 2007 (the
"Mortgage and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk
and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
May 29, 2007, at Reception No. 929809 in Book 659 at Page 661.
The mortgage and note secured thereby were assigned for value as follows:

Lincoln County, Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, the Mortgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff
in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, pursuant to the request and
direction of First Horizon Home Loans, a Division of First Tennessee Bank
National Association, acting under a power of sale contained in the Mortgage,
proceeded to advertise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real
property on June 1, 2010, at 10:00 o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at
the front door of the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue,
Kemmerer, WY, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and
WHEREAS, First Horizon Home Loans, a Division of First
Tennessee Bank National Association "Successful Bidder made the highest
and best bid for the hereinafter described real property in the sum of
$175,000.00, and the said real property was then and there sold to the
Successful Bidder on June 1, 2010 "Sale Date and a Certificate of Sale was
issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
to the Successful Bidder, on the Sale Date, which Certificate of Sale was duly
recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of
Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 1, 2010, at
Reception No. 953749 in Book 748 at Page 220
WHEREAS, said Certificate of Sale was assigned to Federal Home
Loan Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns by that certain
Assignment of Certificate of Sale dated July 16, 2010 and recorded in the
records of the County Clerk and ex- officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on Oeibhpy GY) 2010, at
Reception No. q loD3S in Book 1- 165 at Page
WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter
described real property under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for
doing so has now expired;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,
that I, Shane Johnson, Sheriff in and for said County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and
SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL HOME
LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, whose address is 5000 Plano Parkway,
Carrollton, TX 75010, its successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to
