Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, Grantors, for Ten Dollars and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
convey and warrant to Larry M. Gunter and Connie J. Gunter, Co- Trustees of the
Larry and Connie Gunter September 26, 2010 Family Trust, Grantee, of 1335
Coulson Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101 the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County and the State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of said state, to -wit:
Lot 4, Block 6, Lincoln Heights 4 Addition to the City of Kemmerer,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
together with all appurtenances situated thereon and appertaining
thereto, subject, however, to all easements, covenants and rights of
way of record.
