Larry M. Gunter, a married person, of 1335 Coulson Avenue, Kemmerer,
Wyoming 83101, Grantors, for Ten Dollars and other good and valuable
consideration in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey and
warrant to Larry M. Gunter and Connie J. Gunter, Co- Trustees of the Larry and
Connie Gunter September 26, 2010 Family Trust, Grantee, 1335 Coulson Avenue,
Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln
County and the State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and
by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of said state, to -wit:
PARCEL 1: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot twelve (12) of
Block six (6) of the Willow Addition to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, and running South 85 °22' East, 50.00 feet to the
point of beginning; thence North 40 °38' East, 208.71 feet; thence South
85 °22' East, 208.71 feet; thence South 04 °28' West, 208.71 feet;
thence North 85 °22' West, 208.71 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 1 acre.
ALSO, a tract of land described as follows: A tract of land situate n Lot
59 and Lot 60 of Section 13, T 21 N, R 116 W, 6 P.M., Lincoln County,
Wyoming and described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast
corner of Lot Twelve (12) of Block six (6) of the Willow Addition to the
City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and thence running
85 °22' East, 50.00 feet to the point of beginning; thence South 04 °38'
West 208.71 feet; thence South 85 °22' East, 208.71 feet; thence North
04 °38' East, 208.71 feet; hence North 85 °22' West, 208.71 feet to the
pint of beginning, containing 1 acres.
PARCEL 2: Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot Twelve (12) in
block Seven (7) of the Willow Addition to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln
County, Wyoming; thence South 85 °22' East, 50.00 feet to the point of
beginning; thence South 85 °22' East 208.71 feet; thence South 04 °38'
West, 141.29 feet; hence North 85 °22' West, 208.71 feet; hence North
04 °38' West, 141.29 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.68
acres, more or Tess.
together with all appurtenances situated thereon and appertaining
thereto, subject, however, to all easements, covenants and rights of
way of record.
