Also known as: 433 South Elm, LaBarge, Wyoming 83123 Being the same property acquired by the party of the first part pursuant to the provisions of the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. 1701) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3531). Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in an wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim, and demand whatsoever of the said party of first part, either in law or equity, of, in and to the above bargained premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenances; To have and To Hold the said premises above bargained and described with appurtenances, unto Marla Maree the said party(ies) of the second part, his /her heirs and assigns forever. Subject to all covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, conditions, and right appearing of record; and subject to any state of facts an accurate survey would show.
