CALL REVOCABLE TRUST, dated February 3, 1994, hereinafter "Trust Grantor. for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the BESSIE W. CALL FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Wyoming Limited Partnership, Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, all interest the Trust holds or clairns in the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Utah, to -wit: Parcel 9: Beginning at a point Twenty -five (25) rods North of the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW 1 /4NW 1/4) of section Eighteen (18) in Township Thirty -two (32) North of Range One Hundred Eighteen (118) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Wyoming, and running thence East Eighty (80) rods, thence North Fifty -three (53) rods, thence West Eighty (80) rods, thence South Fifty -three (53) rods to the place of beginning, containing Twenty-Six and one -half (26 1/2) acres of land, be there more or less. TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions, Reservations, Rights, Rights -of -Way, and Improvements of sight and or i.ecord. WITNESS my hands this day of October, 2010.
