CALL REVOCABLE TRUST, dated February 3, 1994, hereinafter "Trust Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the BESSIE W. Containing about 12 1/2 acres, together with all improvements and water rights thereunto belonging.
