WARRANTY DEED
BESSIE W. CALL, Trustee of the BESSIE W. CALL REVOCABLE TRUST,
dated February 3, 1994, hereinafter "Trust Grantor, for and in consideration of TEN
DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to the BESSIE W. CALL
FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Wyoming Limited Partnership, Grantee, its
successors and assigns forever, all interest the Trust holds or claims in the following
described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Utah, to -wit:
Parcel 10: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter, (SW1 /4NW1 /4) of Section Eighteen (18),
Township Thirty -two (32) North, Range One Hundred Eighteen (118)
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, running thence North Twenty -five
(25) rods, thence East Eighty (80) rods, thence South twenty -five (25)
rods, thence West Eighty (80) rods, to the place of beginning. Containing
about 12 1/2 acres, together with all improvements and water rights
thereunto belonging.
ALSO: The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1/4SW.1 /4)
and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW1 /4SE1/4) of
Section Eighteen (18), Township Thirty -two (32), North, Range One
Hundred Eighteen West, Sixth Principal Meridian, and also beginning at
the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
(SW1 /4NE1 /4) of Section Eighteen (18), Township Thirty -two (32) North,
Range One Hundred Eighteen West, running thence North Sixteen and
one half (16 1/2) rods, thence West 160 rods, thence South 16 .1/2 rods,
thence East 160 rods to the place of beginning. Containing about 96 1/2
acres of land. Together with all improvements and water rights thereunto
belonging.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions,
Reservations, Rights, Rights -of -Way, and Improvements of sight and or record.
