WYOMING LYING AND BEING SITUATE EASTERLY OF THE WESTERLY RIGHT -OF -WAY
LINE OF THE HAMS FORK COUNTY ROAD NUMBER 12 -305 AS DEPICTED UPON THE
OFFICIAL PLAT FOR SAID COUNTY ROAD OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF
LINCOLN COUNTY AND DATED 9 MAY 1984.
Subject to easements, declarations of covenants and restrictions, rights of way of record, and taxes for the
current year and thereafter.
