THAT PART OF LOT 20 AND THE SE'/4SW' /4 OF SECTION 2, T24N R117W, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING LYING AND BEING SITUATE EASTERLY OF THE WESTERLY RIGHT -OF -WAY LINE OF THE HAMS FORK COUNTY ROAD NUMBER 12 -305 AS DEPICTED UPON THE OFFICIAL PLAT FOR SAID COUNTY ROAD OF RECORD IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF LINCOLN COUNTY AND DATED 9 MAY 1984.
