JUDGMENT
IN THIS MATTER, the Defendant WAYNE DEVORE was duly and
regularly served with Summons and Complaint and having failed to appear and
answer the Plaintiff's Complaint within the time allowed by law; and the default of
the Defendant having been entered upon the application of the Plaintiffs to the
District Court on day of 1 J.e. ee.mbe 2009, the Court having
heard the evidence and being fully advised in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGE AND DECREED that
the Plaintiff STAR VALLEY RANCH ASSOCIATION, INC., have and recover
judgment of and from the Defendant WAYNE DEVORE in the sum of $947.57
together with costs in the sum of $177.41 and attorneys fees of $250.00 for a total
judgment of $1,374.98. Said judgment shall bear interest at a rate of 10% per
annum from the date hereof until paid.
