Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the East Quarter (E' /4) of Section 4, Township 33
North, Range 118 West, of the 6 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the East line of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW 1 /4 SE 1 /4) of
said Section 4, said Point of Beginning, being 825.72 feet, South 00 °13'51" West, from the Marlowe A.
Scherbel PLS 5368, 1994 location for the Northeast Corner of said NW 1 /4 SE 1 /4;
