In installments as herein stated, for value received, I/We, promise to pay BRUCE E.
HOLLANDER AND BEVERLY JEAN HOLLANDER, TRUSTEES OF THE B B
HOLLANDER 1998 TRUST the sum of EIGHTY THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED
AND ELEVEN DOLLARS ($80, 111) with interest from October 5, 2010 on unpaid
principal at the rate of SEVEN per cent 7% per annum. Principal and interest payable in
MONTHLY installments of SEVEN HUNDRED TWENTY AND 06/100 Dollars
($720.06) or more on the 5 day of each month, beginning on November 5, 2010 and
continuing until the 5 day of November, 2017 AT WHICH TIME THE ENTIRE
REMAINING PRINCIPAL BALANCE TOGETHER WITH ANY ACCRUED
INTEREST THEREON SHALL BECOME ALL DUE AND PAYABLE.
Each payment shall be credited first on interest then due and the remainder on principal,
and interest shall thereupon cease upon the principal so credited. Should default be made
in payment of any installment when due the whole sum of principal and interest shall
become immediately due at the option of the holder of this note. Principal and interest
payable in lawful money of the United States. If action be instituted on this note I /We
promise to pay such sum as the Court may fix as attorney's fees.
PAYOR AND BENEFICIARY ACKNOWLEGE THAT THIS NOTE IS SECURED BY
A 1 DEED OF TRUST, LEIN, ON 35.46 ACRES LOCATED ON DELL CREEK RD,
ALPINE, WYOMING, DISTRICT 0203, GEO PIN 12- 3619- 15 -4 -00- 191.00, OR ALSO
REFERRED TO AS: NTL- 55885: Section 15, T36N, R119W, Alpine, WY 83128.
